This site is managed by Agriturismo Lago Moro Ranch, with registered office at Viale Roma 15, Rogno, BG.
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of handcrafted products and the booking of horseback riding services through the Site.
By placing an order or reservation, the user fully accepts the conditions set out here.
2. Scope of the Contract
Handcrafted Products: Handcrafted items available for purchase online.
Horseback Riding: Experiential services that can be booked on pre-arranged dates and times, taking place at our headquarters or other locations indicated on the Website.
3. Ordering and Booking Methods
Products: The user adds the products to the cart, enters the required information, and completes the payment.
Horseback Riding: The user selects the date, time, and number of participants. If availability is immediate, confirmation will be sent via email. If the request is subject to confirmation, a pre-authorization will be placed on the payment: the actual charge will be made only after the booking is confirmed.
4. Prices and Payments
All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Payments are accepted by credit/debit card, PayPal, and other methods indicated on the Website.
For handcrafted products, payment is immediate upon ordering.
For horseback riding, payment is only taken after confirmation of availability.
5. Product Shipping
Products are shipped via courier within 5 business days of order confirmation, except for customized items.
Shipping costs are indicated before payment confirmation.
We are not responsible for delays due to the courier or force majeure.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns (Products)
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the user has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery of the product.
The return must be communicated via email and the product returned intact, complete with its original packaging.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective or non-compliant products.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-measure products.
7. Cancellation and Refund (Horseback Rides)
Up to 48 hours in advance: Free cancellation with a full refund or the option to reschedule.
8. Responsibilities
The user agrees to provide truthful information when booking and to arrive punctually for the activity.
During horseback rides, participants are required to follow the guides' instructions and use the safety equipment provided.
The organization declines all liability for damages resulting from reckless behavior or failure to comply with safety regulations.
The user declares that he or she is physically fit to participate.
9. Privacy and Data Processing
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). For further details, please consult our Privacy Policy available on the Website.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.
The Consumer Court has jurisdiction over any disputes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
